For the first time in Latvian history, the legendary Martha Graham Dance Company — the world’s oldest and most influential modern dance troupe — will take the Latvian stage to celebrate its centenary.
Founded in 1926, the company reshaped the language of modern dance and inspired generations, including Mikhail Baryshnikov. Now, in a symbolic homecoming, Graham’s legacy arrives in the birthplace of one of her greatest admirers.

The prima ballerina of The Royal Ballet, whom The Independent has called the most sought-after ballerina in the world, appears with a long-awaited performance in Copenhagen. Osipova has already presented “Force of Nature” on both sides of the Atlantic. This is a one-of-a-kind production, combining the most demanding pointe classical repertoire with works created by leading contemporary choreographers. Joining Osipova on stage will be her fellow principal dancers from the United Kingdom and the United States.
