Jakub Jozef Orlinski

Jakub Józef Orliński is not only a star of the European but also the global music stage. According to The New York Times, "The Polish countertenor Jakub Józef Orliński combined beauty of tone and an uncommon unity of color and polish across his range in selections by Britten and Handel." The authoritative British media outlet The Telegraph named him the main star of the 2018/2019 season alongside famous opera artists Jonas Kaufmann, Elīna Garanča, and Marianne Crebassa. The singer has received the prestigious Opus Klassik award three times in the international classical music industry, won a Grammy award, and was recognized at The International Opera Awards 2021 in the Solo Album category (in collaboration with Maxim Emelyanychev and his orchestra Il Pomo d'Oro).

In 2018, Orlinski signed an exclusive contract with the recording company "Warner Classics/Erato." That same year marked the release of his debut music CD, "Anima Sacra," acclaimed by critics and honored with the prestigious "Opus Klassik" award in the vocal solo category. His concerts across Europe and the USA consistently sell out, and the live recording of Antonio Vivaldi's aria "Vedrò con mio diletto" from the 2017 Aix-en-Provence Music Festival has amassed over 11 million views online!

It can be noted that Jakub Orlinski also has an unusual hobby for opera singers: the 33-year-old musician professionally engages in breakdancing and utilizes his dancing skills, both appearing in various brand commercials and on the opera stage.
